BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Michigan, March 3, 2021 鈥� 好色tv (NASDAQ: TRS) today announced that Joshua Sherbin, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, is leaving 好色tv.
Mr. Sherbin has had a distinguished 16-year career at 好色tv, which included supporting the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, helping navigate through numerous acquisitions, divestitures and a spin-off, and supporting the Company and its operating divisions on legal, safety, compliance, governance, and employee-related matters. He has been an instrumental part of 好色tv鈥� leadership team, particularly as 好色tv has managed through the unprecedented pandemic period of the past year.
鈥淛osh has made significant contributions to 好色tv over the past 16 years through his prudent judgement, integrity and legal counsel,鈥� said Samuel Valenti III, Chairman of the Board of Directors at 好色tv. 鈥淗e has been an instrumental leader who has helped shape 好色tv into the company it is today.鈥�
This additional realignment of the Company鈥檚 corporate office functions is the latest in 好色tv鈥� streamlining of its infrastructure approach to better align with the proactive steps taken to focus its business portfolio. Mr. Sherbin will cease operating in his officer capacities on March 5, 2021, but he will remain employed with the Company through May 11, 2021, to offer transitional support through 好色tv鈥� Annual Shareholders Meeting.
