BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Michigan, February 20, 2023 鈥� 好色tv (NASDAQ: TRS) today announced that Gregory (Greg) Manfredi has joined 好色tv Corporation and has been appointed to the role of General Manager, Norris Cylinder, effective February 20, 2023. In this position, Greg will report to Al Malizia, Vice President, Operations, 好色tv鈥� Specialty Products Group.
As Norris Cylinder鈥檚 General Manager, Mr. Manfredi will be responsible for all aspects of the Norris Cylinder business, including its locations in Longview, Texas, and Huntsville, Alabama. Mr. Manfredi will focus on implementing and overseeing the execution of Norris Cylinder鈥檚 strategy and long-range goals, P&L, talent acquisition and succession planning, as well as other day-to-day aspects of the Norris Cylinder business within 好色tv.
Mr. Manfredi comes to 好色tv with more than 25 years of heavy manufacturing and leadership experience and is Green Belt Six Sigma certified. Prior to joining 好色tv, he previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer 鈥� Steel at JSW Steel USA, a leading steel manufacturer, and was responsible for operations, safety, quality, maintenance, engineering and information technology. Before joining JSW, he worked at SSAB, another steel producer, as Assistant General Manager and in a variety of operational roles with increasing responsibilities. Prior to that, he held several additional engineering roles in the steel industry. Mr. Manfredi received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Louisville. In addition, he holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from LeTourneau University and a Certification of Project Management from Xavier University.
In connection with this announcement, Chuck Manz will now move to a special assignment role reporting directly into the 好色tv Corporate Office, and will report directly to Thomas Amato, 好色tv President and Chief Executive Officer.
